Jim Goldberg-Open See (Reflection)

I read this article on the Guardians website and it has made me want to see the images that it is describing. I already feel sympathy for the subjects of the images before I have seen them.

I also think it must be hard for Goldberg to go from place to place photographing these people with out it affecting him in someway. I couldn’t do a project like this I would feel too much emotion for the people and want to help them in any way I could.

I really liked this image, I like how Goldberg allows his subjects to make it personal by writing on the Polaroid. It is a very simple idea, but I think it is really effective in getting Goldberg’s message across and also the message of the people he photographs.
